To support Mental Health Awareness Week, we are sharing this 7 Day Kindness Challenge from BBC Bitesize.
Why not have a go at these acts of kindness or maybe think of some of your own. As well as helping someone and showing you care, the added benefit of being kind to others is that it is good for our own mental health and well being. It can help reduce stress and improve your emotional wellbeing.
Today's act of kindness is to write a letter to someone. How about you get involved with our Pen Pal scheme and write a letter or draw a picture for us to send on to one of our older participants.
